Rigotte de Condrieu is a soft, unpressed, unpasteurised goats’ [[milk]], [[AOC]] [[cheese]] from the entire region of the mountains of Pilat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The small [[cheese]], which has a soft, bloomy rind, has a diameter of just 4.2 to 5 cm and a height of 1.9 to 2.4 cm.  The interior is a pale orange colour and has an aroma of [[honey]] and acacia.  It can be eaten fresh or allowed to mature for 3 weeks.  &lt;br /&gt;
