Riavulillo is a fresh, spun cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced on the Sorrento coast (Naples).  It is similar in shape to [[Caciocavallo Silano cheese|Caciocavallo]], although much smaller, with its &amp;#039;head&amp;#039; tied with raffia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The lightly smoked [[cheese]] has a filling of black [[olives]] and red [[chillies]], the taste of which is slightly enhanced when grilled.&lt;br /&gt;
