Not having a sweet tooth, I&amp;#039;m not really one for [[Jams]] and [[preserves]], however, Mackays Rhubarb and ginger preserve is a staple of our kitchen.  It is just the best glaze for gammons and hams that you could imagine.  Just paint about 2 to 3 tablespoons over the surface of a precooked [[Ham|ham or gammon]] joint and finish for 30 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven (180° C (350° F - gas 4), [fan oven 160° C &amp;amp; reduce cooking time by 10 mins per hour]).&lt;br /&gt;

You never know, one day I may even try this out of a piece of [[bread]]!&lt;br /&gt;
