Requesón de Cabra Sierra de Sevil is produced by Quesos Radiquero from pasteurised goats’ [[milk]] in Somontano in the province of Huesca. They are hand-made and the goats feed on shoots, fresh grass, [[berries]] and wild [[fruit]] in the Sierra de Sevil.

The fresh [[cheese]] is produced with the leftovers of the production of Sierra de Sevil and is creamy with a nice sweet taste. It can be served with [[honey]], [[nuts]] and jams. It is also used with excellent results as an accompaniment to other dishes. It should be consumed within 15 days of its manufacture. It is sold in tubs of 250 g, 1 kg and 2 kg.
