| Add the [[Cumin seeds|cumin seeds]] and when they begin to spit, add the [[Garlic|garlic]], [[Chilli|chilli]] and [[Onion|onion]] and cook for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the [[Turmeric|turmeric]] and [[rice]] and sauté for a further 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
| Pour in the [[Stock|stock]], bring to the [[Boil|boil]], reduce the heat and [[Simmer|simmer]], uncovered, until the liquid has been absorbed by the [[Rice|rice]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the [[Yoghurt|yogurt]] and [[Salt|salt]] and cook for a few minutes longer.&lt;br /&gt;
