&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac SL&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is an artisan [[Cheese|cheese]] factory, with its own [[Dairy|dairy]]-farm. They produce organic [[Dairy products|dairy products]] exclusively with [[Goats|goats]]’ [[Milk|milk]].  The dairy and farm are located in San Isidro, a small village on the outskirts of Cartagena in the region of Murcia.  Besides being organic, their products are artisan and their [[Goats&amp;#039; milk|goats&amp;#039; milk]] is not homogenised, standardised or adulterated in any way.  Their goats are of the Murciano-Granadina breed, indigenous to south-east [[Spain]], and the quality of their milk is one of the best.  The herd grazes on organic pasture that surrounds their farm, on a daily basis.  The [[Cheeses|cheeses]], which are mostly made using [[Pasteurised milk|pasteurised milk]], are as follows:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac Moho&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; - a soft ripened [[Cheese|cheese]], covered with a natural, white, edible [[Mould|mould]].  It is very creamy and almost spreadable with a very mild flavour. Best Product &amp;#039;BIO&amp;#039; 2009 - Barcelona Biocultura.&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – a semi-matured [[Cheese|cheese]], semi-soft interior, with grey-green hues on its rind. Its flavour is more intense than Caprilac Moho&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac Oro&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – their most mature version. The interior is hard and brittle.  Its rind ranges between ochre and [[Orange|orange]].  It has a persistent taste and is also available made from [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Milk|milk]].&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Queso de Aceite&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – is Caprilac Oro macerated for six months in organic [[Extra virgin olive oil|extra virgin olive oil]].&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac al Pimentón&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; - Caprilac bathed in [[Extra virgin olive oil|extra virgin olive oil]] and Pimentón de Murcia. &lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Caprilac Sol&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – a [[Cheese|cheese]] with a short maturation period.  It is creamy, aromatic and has an orangey rind.&lt;br /&gt;
