Queso Torta de Potes made from cows’ and/or goats’ [[milk]], entirely by hand. With a circular shape, it has a white rind, smooth side and the top and bottom bearing a drawing in the form of squares.

The [[cheese]] is not pressed, and is matured for one month, after which, it should be consumed by the end of the fourth month. It has quite a strong flavour and a smoked variety is also available.
