Queso Tetilla is a [[:Category:Spanish recipes#DOP ingredients|‘Denominación de Origen Protegida’]] pasteurised [[cows&amp;#039; milk]] [[Cheese|cheese]] from Galicia in north-western Spain.  It was traditionally made from the cow breed &amp;quot;rubia gallega&amp;quot;, is quite soft and has a thin yellow rind.  It is mild and is an excellent melting cheese.  Its shape is very distinctive and is usually labelled in the Gallego &amp;quot;Queixo Tetilla&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
