Primusali aka Primosale is a [[Cheese|cheese]] produced primarily from [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk|ewes&amp;#039; milk]], but there are variations made from [[Cows&amp;#039; milk|cows&amp;#039; milk]] or a mixture of both.  It has a round shape with a wrinkled, soft rind and a fairly white, soft interior. It is matured for one to two weeks and is produced in the Sicilian provinces of Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Enna, Trapani and Palermo.  It has a pleasant flavour and is a typical table [[Cheese|cheese]].&lt;br /&gt;
