Prestige de Bourgogne is a soft, [[Mould|mould]]-ripened, [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows|cows]]’ [[Milk|milk]] [[Cheese|cheese]].  It is a triple [[Cream cheese|cream cheese]] with a rich, creamy, mild flavour.  The rind is white and bloomy and the cheese weighs about 2kg.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The best time of year for consumption is between June and November after a maturation period of 3 weeks, but it is excellent all year round.&lt;br /&gt;
