Posbury is a semi-hard, full-fat, vegetarian, unpasteurised goats’ [[milk]] [[cheese]], produced by Norsworthy Dairy, near Crediton, using their own herd of Saanen, Alpine and Toggenburg goats.

It is made to a Dutch recipe and is based on [[Norsworthy cheese]], except that it has an unusual combination of additions: [[Garlic|garlic]], [[onion]], [[horseradish]] and [[paprika]].
