[[Pecorino]] di Osilo is a [[Ewes|ewes]], [[Milk|milk]] [[Cheese|cheese]] from the territory of Osilo and adjacent areas of the towns of Sassari, Ploaghe, Nulvi, Codrongianus and Tergu in Sardinia.  It weighs 1.6-1.8kg, has a thin rind and is straw-coloured.  It has sparse holes and an aromatic flavour which becomes stronger as it matures.&lt;br /&gt;
