[[Pecorino]] del Monte Poro is a [[Ewes|ewes]]' and/or [[Goats' milk cheese|goats' milk cheese]] produced in the Vibo Valentia province of Calabria. It has a cylindrical shape with flat sides and the fresh version of the [[Cheese|cheese]] thin, yellow rind and a smooth, compact interior, with a sweet flavour. The matured version has a hard, rough, golden-yellow to reddish rind and is very aromatic and pungent.

The [[Cheeses|cheeses]] have a diameter ranging between 8 and 20cm, a height varying between 6 and 18 cm, and the weight is 1-7 kg
