It has a cylindrical shape, height 4-9cm, diameter 14-22cm and weight 800g-3kg.  The hard rind is dark [[Brown|brown]] and the interior is white, with a spicy taste.  It is matured for 3 months to more than 1 year.&lt;br /&gt;
