Pecorino Bagnolese is hard [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk cheese|ewes&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced in the municipalities of Bagnoli Irpino, Chiusano San Domenico and Volturara Irpinia in the [[Italian]] region of Campania.  It has a hard and firm rind which is pale yellow to dark [[Brown|brown]] and a fatty, straw colored interior. The flavour is spicy in the more mature [[Cheese|cheese]].  It is consumed cut or [[Grated|grated]] to season [[Pasta|pasta]].&lt;br /&gt;
