Pastorino is a whole [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced in San Martino di Campagna in the [[Italian]] region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.  It matures for up to 7 months in storage. It has a cylindrical shape with a height of 4cm and a diameter of 8 to 10cm. The rind is dark straw coloured with a straw-yellow interior.  The taste is strong and spicy.&lt;br /&gt;
