Oud Brugge (Bruges Vieux) is hard, pasteurised cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] from Moorslede, in the heart of West Flanders. &lt;br /&gt;

The [[cheese]], which is matured for a year, weighs about 12kg and has a 40 cm diameter.  It is round and has a black rind.  It has a full bodied flavour and is sold sliced or in wedges.&lt;br /&gt;
