Nymphsfield is a [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]], [[Vegetarian|vegetarian]], [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced by the Godsell family of Leonard Stanley in Gloucestershire.  It is s a fresh soft [[Cheese|cheese]] which can be eaten a few days after it is made. It is a light with a lemony tang and made in 100gms rounds and wrapped. It is named after the village of Nympsfield on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment, overlooking their  in the Severn Vale. It needs to be eaten within 2-3 weeks and is only available at Farmer&amp;#039;s Markets or by special request.&lt;br /&gt;
