Nostrano di Costalta is a [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] which is produced from 27 June to 14 September in the alpine town of San Pietro di Cadore in the Belluno province of [[Italy]]&amp;#039;s Veneto region. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is cylindrical with a height of 12cm, a diameter of 30cm. 30 and a weight of 6kg. The rind is hard and yellow and the firm, yellowish interior has small holes.  It has a sweet and does not require seasoning. It is a scarce [[Cheese|cheese]].&lt;br /&gt;
