Nerino is a mixed [[Milk|milk]] Tuscan [[Cheese|cheese]] using [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows|cows]]&amp;#039; and [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk|ewes&amp;#039; milk]] with added live [[Lactic|lactic]] cultures and [[Truffles|truffles]]. The cheese has an inimitable flavour that pleases the taste bud and it is delicate at the same time. The aroma gives the cheese virtue and nobility.  The weight varies between 1.5 and to 2.8 kg approx.&lt;br /&gt;
