Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire is an artisan, [[unpasteurised]] [[cows' milk]] [[cheese]] produced by Ruth Kirkham and her family at '''[http://www.mrskirkhamscheese.co.uk Beesley Farm]''' in Goosnargh near Preston.

The [[cheese]] is produced from six separate milkings of their own herd of Friesian Holstein cows, using a natural culture, natural [[rennet]] and [[salt]]. It is matured for anything from 6 weeks to 12 months, depending on the variety. The younger versions are mild, creamy and slightly crumbly, whilst the more mature ones have a fuller and rounder flavour.

The [[cheese]], which was Supreme Champion at the International Cheese Show, Earl's Court, in London, comes in the following varieties:
