Monte Cabra is a soft, fresh goats’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced in Campillos, near Antequera (Málaga). &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] which is similar to [[Feta cheese|Feta]], although stronger tasting, is white and smooth.  Its keeping properties are not good, so it would be advisable to preserve it in olive oil if it is not eaten straight away.&lt;br /&gt;
