Marches Blue is a Holstein/Friesian cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced by Stuart and Rena Eyres of [http://www.shropshirecheese.co.uk/ The Shropshire Cheese Company] at Abertanat Farm, Llanyblodwel, near Oswestry.

The unpressed [[cheese]] is salted by hand and pierced 12 times over a fortnight. It has a flavour which is balanced between its creaminess and blueness.

The [[cheese]] won a diamond award from Heart of England Fine Foods and a highly commended at the [http://www.nantwichshow.co.uk Nantwich International Cheese Show].
