We were made a gift of a 200 gram pack of Maraba [[Coffee beans|coffee beans]] sourced from [[Union Hand-Roasted Coffee]] and I was so impressed with the flavour and uniqueness that I thought I should add it to [[Cookipedia]] so it can be reviewed by others so they can enjoy it too.

The [[Beans|beans]] are grown in Rwanda and are available in the UK from [[Union Hand-Roasted Coffee]].

With these speciality [[Coffees|coffees]], I prefer to use bottled water as this ensures a perfect froth and no additional 'flavours'.

A cafetiere is probably the favourite way to brew this [[Coffee|coffee]] but I still prefer my Gaggia.

A glorious coffee this one. I drink it instead of afternoon tea. It is not at all strong but has a fruity, almost sweet flavour that leaves you wanting another cup.
