Malgalor is a spun [[Cheese|cheese]] which is a cousin of [[Mozzarella|mozzarella]].  It is a [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced in the Moselle département of the [[French]] region of Lorraine.  It is pressed, cooked and is disk shaped.  Weighing 500g, the cheese has a diameter of 11cm, a height of of 4.5cm and has a [[Fat|fat]] to dry matter content of 45%.&lt;br /&gt;
