| Heat a splash of [[Groundnut oil|groundnut oil]] or [[Coconut oil|coconut oil]] in a thick-bottomed saucepan and add 2/3 of the [[Chopped spring onions|chopped spring onions]]. [[Fry]] for 1 minute, then add the masala paste and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon all the while&lt;br /&gt;
