It is made in James and David Bartlett&amp;#039;s dairy at Sunnyside, North Wootton, near Shepton Mallet. A a Silver Medal at the 2005 British Cheese awards, it has a creamy texture and rich, deep flavour. Utilising vegetarian [[rennet]], it is suitable for vegetarians.&lt;br /&gt;

Little Ryding rounds weigh about 220g - Big Ryding is a larger variant, weighing in at about 800g.&lt;br /&gt;
