Little Derby is the name given to a Derby-style cheese currently produced by Fowler’s of Earlswood, who moved from Derbyshire to Warwickshire in 1918. It is made with pasteurised cows' milk and vegetarian rennet.

The semi-hard cheese, is wheel shaped and the rind is washed with red wine to give an orange colour. It is matured in cellars for at least seven months

The cheese is 40 cm in diameter and weighs 10 kg.
