Le Roulé is a soft [[cheese]] which was created in the 1980s by Fromagerie Triballat in the Centre region of France.  Made from [[cows&amp;#039; milk]], it is usually produced in logs of various sizes, rolled in either [[Fresh herbs|fresh herbs]], [[salmon]] and [[dill]] or [[chives]] and [[strawberry]]. It has a melt-in-the-mouth, creamy texture. &lt;br /&gt;
