Keltic Gold is produced by Sue Proudfoot of Whalesborough Farm near Bude, from pasteurised cow’s [[milk]] and vegetarian [[rennet]].

The [[cheese]] has a natural, pungent, edible rind which is washed in local [[cider]], causing it to have an orangey-pink colour and slightly sticky texture. The [[cheese]] itself is soft and creamy, with a delicate sweetness.
