Handmade in North Tamerton by Terri Rasmussen, Hobbs Choice [[cheese]] is produced from pasteurised [[ewes&amp;#039; milk]] from Boyton, and vegetarian [[rennet]].  It is a traditional handmade [[cheese]]. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] is firm with an edible, natural, moulded rind and had a nutty taste which contrasts with the sweetness of the [[milk]].  It is available as a small whole [[cheese]] weighing 400 g – 450 g, or as cut pieces taken from a larger truckle of about 1.2 kg.&lt;br /&gt;
