Hawkston is an unpasteurised cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced by Robin and Susan Richards of Rodwell Farm near Needham Market. Its name is taken from one of the farm’s river meadows.

The [[cheese]] is a creamy [[Cheshire cheese|Cheshire]]-type [[cheese]] which is produced in truckles of 3.5 to 5.0 kg. Each truckle is wrapped by hand in a traditional cheese bandage before being allowed to mature for 3 to 5 months. The flavour is very lovely and fresh.

At the British Cheese Awards in 2008, Hawkston was awarded a bronze medal.
