Our home made [[Curry sauce|curry sauce]] has been used with many different [[Meats|meats]] with great success so we thought it about time to try a [[Vegetarian|vegetarian]] option.

We always have [[Halloumi|halloumi]] in the [[Fridge|fridge]] and easy access to fresh [[Vegetables|vegetables]] from the numerous local markets so this was easy to make, especially as we always have [[Curry sauce|curry sauce]] in the [[Freezer|freezer]].

| Heat the [[Curry sauce|curry sauce]] in a pan and [[Simmer|simmer]] gently for 5 minutes
| add the drained [[Cauliflower|cauliflower]] and the cubed [[Halloumi|halloumi]] to the [[Curry sauce|curry sauce]] and [[Simmer|simmer]] for a further 5 minutes
