| Once the [[Meat|meat]] is [[Browned|browned]], transfer to the [[Slow-cooker|slow-cooker]] and soften the [[Onions|onions]] in the [[Wok|wok]], adding the [[Crushed garlic|crushed garlic]] for the last minute or so&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the wine to the [[Wok|wok]] and [[Deglaze|deglaze]] well.&lt;br /&gt;
| Pour the resulting liquid into the [[Slow-cooker|slow-cooker]]&lt;br /&gt;

| Slow cook on low for 8 hours, it won&amp;#039;t hurt to stir it every few hours if you are able&lt;br /&gt;
