Grandma Singleton's Tasty Lancashire is a hard, pasteurised, vegetarian, [[cows' milk]] [[cheese]] which is produced by Bill Riding of Singleton’s Dairy at Mill Farm, Longridge near Preston. It is named after the founder of Singleton’s Dairy.

The [[cheese]] has a full bodied, tangy, slightly salty flavour and a creamy but faintly crumbly texture. It is yellow in colour. Matured for a minimum of ten months it is the strongest Lancashire cheese available in the UK.
