| Now heat the [[Oil|oil]] in a non stick pan, add the [[Onion|onion]] and [[Fry|fry]] for 5 minutes until soft and golden. Stir in the [[Sausage meat|sausage meat]] and fry for another 5 minutes. Finally add the [[Carrot|carrot]], [[Wine|wine]], [[Stock|stock]] and [[Tomato|tomato]] purée and season well with [[Salt|salt]] and [[Pepper|pepper]]. Bring to the [[Boil|boil]] then [[Simmer|simmer]] for 10 minutes and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
