Giuncata abruzzese ([[Sprisciocca]]) is a fresh [[Cheese|cheese]] from Abruzzo in [[Italy]].  It is made with [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Cows&amp;#039; milk|cows&amp;#039; milk]] and bovine [[Rennet|rennet]].  The [[Curds|curds]] are moulded in reed baskets and lightly [[Salted|salted]] and pressed.  It is consumed within 2-3 days.  Weighing between 200g and 1kg, it takes on the texture of the basket and is [[Milk|milk]]y white in colour.  The aroma is of fresh milk and it has a sweet and delicate flavour&lt;br /&gt;
