A lovely [[Dip|dip]] for [[Chips|chips]] and [[Vegetables|vegetables]] - this makes the perfect amount for two people.  It&amp;#039;s quite [[Garlic|garlic]]y but you&amp;#039;ll probably know how much garlic is &amp;#039;&amp;#039;too much&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for you!&lt;br /&gt;

It only takes a few minutes to prepare, but is improved if left for a few hours for the flavours to minge, especially if you&amp;#039;re out of season and using [[Dried|dried]] [[Parsley|parsley]].&lt;br /&gt;

I pre-grind my &amp;#039;&amp;#039;special-mix&amp;#039;&amp;#039; [[black pepper]] and store in a covered bowl so it&amp;#039;s easy to add a pinch, rather than having to grind it fresh each time. My special mix is 65% black peppercorns and 35% Szechuan peppercorns.&lt;br /&gt;
