Formaggio del Cit is a [[Cheese|cheese]] made from a [[Cheese|cheese]] in Val Tramontina in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of [[Italy]].  It is produced using existing [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheeses|cows&amp;#039; milk cheeses]] which have already been matured for at least 6 to 7 months.  The cheese undergoes two millings, a coarse one and a finer one, using a [[Meat mincer|meat mincer]]. It is mixed well with [[Milk|milk]] and [[Cream|cream]], then [[Salt|salt]] and [[Pepper|pepper]] are added.  It is consumed immediately, but is only produced in small quantities in the province of Pordenone for connoisseurs.&lt;br /&gt;
