From the [[French]] Pyrenees, Fleury du col des Marousses is a [[Whole milk|whole milk]], [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Goat cheese|goat cheese]] which is matured for 45 days to give it soft texture and intense flavour with a particular aroma.  It has a bloomy rind and is eaten from spring to autumn. The [[Cheeses|cheeses]] have variable weights of 150 to 200g.&lt;br /&gt;
