Flatts Beck is an unpasteurised cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] made by Wardhall Dairy near Wigton in north Cumbria.

It is a creamy [[cheese]] which has been flavoured with [[Garlic|garlic]], [[chives]] and [[parsley]]. Soft and spreadable, it weighs 200 g and is sold in pottery [[ramekins]].
