Feuille du Limousin is a goats&#039; milk cheese from the Limousin region of France which was first produced about 30 years ago. Of medium strength, it is milky with a fine white rind and a delicate interior. Its shape suggests the symbol of the region, which includes the chestnut tree. It is slightly fatty, with a milky texture and has a persistent flavour.<br />
