Edelpilzkäse is a blue, [[Cows|cows]]’ [[Milk|milk]] [[Cheese|cheese]] from [[Germany]] It is similar to [[Roquefort]], but milder and is available with 45%, 50%, and 60% [[Fat|fat]] levels.  Matured for at least 5 weeks, the flavour can range from mild to very tangy.  It has a crumbly texture and is pale yellow in colour, with blue veining.&lt;br /&gt;
