Goulerou cheese]] is made from a mixture of [[Ewes|ewes]]&amp;#039; and [[Cows&amp;#039; milk|cows&amp;#039; milk]] by Les Fromageries Occitanes in the Ariège départment of the Midi-Pyrénées region of [[France]].  Ths smooth [[Cheese|cheese]] is matured for between 12 and 14 weeks and has a light beech coloured rind.  It is shaped in the form of a tomme and weighs 5kg.  It has a diameter of 25cm and a height of 8cm.&lt;br /&gt;
