E. Massipou is a [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk cheese|ewes&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced in the Ariège départment of [[France]]&amp;#039;s Midi-Pyrénées region.  The [[Cheese|cheese]] is matured at least 14 weeks on pine boards and is distinguished by its strong flavour and long finish. The rind is dry and ochre in colour.  It comes in tomme form, weighs 5kg, has a diameter of 25cm and a height of 10cm.&lt;br /&gt;
