| Add the [[Stock|stock]] to the [[Roasting tin|roasting tin]] and [[Roast|roast]] for a further 2 hours - for fan [[Oven|oven]], check after 1Â½ hours&lt;br /&gt;
| [[Baste]] occasionally with the pan juices&lt;br /&gt;
