====Drumlin Traditional====&lt;br /&gt;
This cheese is a hard cheese made from raw cow&amp;#039;s milk and matured for a minimum of six weeks. Young cheeses have a mild taste, getting stronger as the cheese matures. The rind is edible.&lt;br /&gt;
====Drumlin Garlic and Red Pepper====&lt;br /&gt;
This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with the addition of Garlic and Red Pepper for flavour.&lt;br /&gt;
====Drumlin Cumin Seed====&lt;br /&gt;
This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with the addition of whole Cumin seeds for flavour.&lt;br /&gt;
====Drumlin Smoked====&lt;br /&gt;
This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with a sharper taste due to being smoked with beechwood.&lt;br /&gt;
====Drumlin Peppercorn====&lt;br /&gt;
