Dovenby is a fresh, unpasteurised cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] made by Wardhall Dairy near Wigton in north Cumbria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] is salt washed, drained and ready to eat immediately.  It is creamy, soft and spreadable and is available in 100 g and 200g rounds.&lt;br /&gt;
