Double Worcester is a smaller version of [[Double Gloucester]] and is based on [[Old Worcester cheese]] made by Colin and Alyson Anstey at Broomhill Farm, Worcester. The [[cheese]] usually has a cylinder shape with a hard, natural rind and golden interior and is matured for 5-7 months.

The [[cheese]] is a full fat, vegetarian, pasteurised cow’s [[milk]] [[cheese]] which won a silver medal at the British Cheese Awards in 2001. It develops a firm, flaky texture and has a nutty, robust, complex, mellow flavour with a gentle tang.

It is available at some branches of Waitrose.
