It is made with [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows&amp;#039; milk|cows&amp;#039; milk]] and has a sweet flavour, with spicy notes from the blue veining.  Cylindrical in shape, it weighs 2.5kg, has a diameter of 24cm and a height of 5.5cm.&lt;br /&gt;
